Use as a liner or smudger
Dip tip of eyeliner brush into gel formula, coat both sides of brush head and draw a line from the outer corner of the eyelid to the center of eye, stopping directly
above the pupil. Next draw a line from the inner corner of the eye toward the center, getting thicker as it approaches and connects with the previously drawn line
Liner can also be blended out for a smoky, dramatic look without having to worry about creasing.
Make sure the cap is closed as tightly as possible and stored upside down in a dar, dry drawer to prolong the life of your liner.
